FlameSEAL Tanking

FlameSEAL is an APP-modified bitumen membrane reinforced with 180 gsm non-woven polyester fabric. FlameSEAL has good flexibility at both high and low temperatures.

Flexibility

Welded System

The FlameSEAL torch-welded laps will provide lap joints and detailing that is equivalent to the strength of the sheet.

Durability

When installed to Sealco Ltd.’s specification, subject to normal environmental conditions and use and when properly maintained, the FlameSEAL membrane system will exceed 20 years.

Compliance

The FlameSEAL membrane system is BEAL PCC approved to be used on roofs, decks, parapets and internal gutters complies with the NZBC E2/AS1 as an alternative solution.

Multi-Layer Application

A single or two layer option can be used for standard or high risk tanking.

Warranty

A 15 or 20 Year Material Warranty is issued when Installed by an approved Sealco Ltd applicator.

High Puncture Resistance

The FlameSEAL two layer system has a high puncture resistance giving added resistance to falling objects or construction damages.
