We will continually strive to improve our environmental performance over time and initiate activities and manufacturing partners that will further reduce our impacts on the environment. Our commitment to the environment extends to our suppliers, our customers, our staff, and the community in which we operate.
Complying with all applicable environmental regulations;
Prevent pollution whenever possible;
Communicate our environmental commitment and efforts to our customers, staff, and our community;
Partnering with manufacturers who comply with all applicable environmental regulations;
Train all of our staff on our environmental program and empower them to contribute and participate;
Continually improve over time by striving to measure our environmental impacts and by setting goals to reduce these impacts.
Our manufacturers provide Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for their roofing membranes and systems. These declarations are created and verified in accordance with International Standard ISO 14025 and summarize the ways in which a product affects the environment throughout its lifecycle.
Issuing these EPDs provides design and construction professionals with detailed, comparable information about the environmental performance of our membranes and systems. Our manufacturers product-specific EPDs can contribute toward LEED® credits and have been verified by third parties (UL for TPO and EPDM, and NSF for PVC). This transparency and independent verification allows specifiers and purchasers to make more informed product selections when seeking to enhance a building’s overall sustainability.
Sealco Ltd is committed to working with architects, contractors, and building owners to build a sustainable future. Issuing EPDs provides construction professionals with a high level of transparency regarding the environmental impacts of Sealco’s products.
EPDs are quickly becoming a key component of the material selection process, particularly in the sustainable construction sector. Please see EPDs below or contact our technical team if you require anything specific for your project.
