Sealco Ltd head office and warehouse is based in Christchurch, with outlets nationwide through our network of qualified installers. We have an experienced director of the company based in our Christchurch branch who has practical experience on the intstallation, manufacturing, specifications and sales of all of our waterproofing products and systems. Our staff are also trained to provide you with the best solutions available to your waterproofing needs.
At Sealco Ltd, we understand that one of the major challenges for designers, engineers and construction companies alike is to protect buildings from the damaging effects of water. Our philosophy recognises that while waterproofing protection can be a relatively minor component of overall construction costs, it is a vital ingredient to successful project completion and determines the building's longevity. Our Warranties
Our systems are fully warranted and comply with the NZ Building Code and the new E2/AS1 requirements. Our applicators, together with the main contractor, work though the installation process using our on site quality control process, and Waterproofing Systems staff are available for final sign-off, checking to ensure that the system has been laid strictly in accordance with the specification. On completion of the project, we issue a comprehensive warranty.
